Introduction to Python

3 Day(s) | $1795

Our Introduction to Python course is designed to take

complete beginners or experienced developers up to speed

on Python’s capabilities, setting up students for success in

using Python for their specific field of expertise. Whether

you have never programmed before, already know basic

syntax, or want to learn about the advanced features of

Python, this course is for you! In this course we will teach

you Python 3. Learn how to use Python for real-world

tasks, such as working with PDF Files, sending emails,

reading Excel files, scraping websites for information,

working with image files, and much more! This course will

teach you Python in a practical manner and provides a full

coding screencast and a corresponding code notebook

to review the concepts and exercises conducted in class.

Please note, this course is able to be offered in either 3 full

day sessions or 5 partial day sessions. See the schedule

below.

Python for Data Science

3 Day(s) | $1795

Data Science is the critical skill of the modern workforce.

Data science skills allow for the extraction of key insights

and relevant knowledge from large datasets. This data

science training course is for Python developers who

want to learn how to use the key libraries in the Python

Data Science ecosystem. This course covers NumPy for

numerical data processing, Pandas for data analysis,

and Matplotlib and Seaborn for quick visualizations and

statistical reporting. The training is all conducted in a

modern Jupyter Notebook format, allowing students to

read and write code directly within our training notebooks.

You’ll learn everything you need to know for the full

data science tech stack required to work at the world’s

top companies. This Python for Data Science course

takes a structured approach that will guide you through

understanding not just how to use data science, but why

we use them by providing a balance between practical

real world case studies and mathematical theory behind

the data science algorithms. Please note, this course is

able to be offered in either 3 full day sessions or 5 evening

sessions. See the schedule below.

Python for Machine Learning

2 Day(s) | $1895

Master the skills to use machine learning in your day-to-

day work with this Python course. Create algorithms to

predict classes, continuous values, and more. This course

is designed for the student who already knows some

Python and is ready to dive deeper into using those Python

skills for Machine Learning. With a focus on SciKit Learn,

you’ll learn all aspects of Machine Learning ranging from a

variety of regression types (Linear / Lasso /Ridge), Elastic

Net, K Nearest Neighbors and Means Clustering, Hierarchal

Clustering, DBSCAN, PCA, and Model Deployment.

Cloudera Data Analyst Training

4 Day(s) | $3195

Apache Hive makes transformation and analysis of

complex, multi-structured data scalable in Hadoop.

Apache Impala enables real-time interactive analysis of

the data stored in Hadoop using a native SQL environment.

Together, they make multi-structured data accessible to

analysts, database administrators, and others without Java

programming expertise.

Cloudera Developer Training for Spark & Hadoop

4 Day(s) | $3195

This four-day hands-on training course delivers the key

concepts and expertise developers need to use Apache

Spark to develop high-performance parallel applications.

Participants will learn how to use Spark SQL to query

structured data and Spark Streaming to perform real-time

processing on streaming data from a variety of sources.

Developers will also practice writing applications that

use core Spark to perform ETL processing and iterative

algorithms. The course covers how to work with “big data”

stored in a distributed file system, and execute Spark

applications on a Hadoop cluster. After taking this course,

participants will be prepared to face real-world challenges

and build applications to execute faster decisions, better

decisions, and interactive analysis, applied to a wide variety

of use cases, architectures, and industries.

ES52G IBM z/OS REXX Programming Workshop

5 Day(s) | $3975

This course is designed to teach you the basic skills

required to write programs using the REXX language in z/

OS. The course covers the TSO extensions to REXX and

interaction with other environments such as the MVS

console, running REXX in batch jobs, and compiling REXX.

Red Hat Training: Introduction to Kubernetes

Applications (DO100)

2 Day(s) | $800

Kubernetes is accelerating application development,

container orchestration, and deployment to the cloud,

bringing greater application reliability, scalability, and

faster time to market. Introduction to Kubernetes

Applications (DO100) is designed for IT professionals

without previous cloud application deployment experience

to learn basic Kubernetes skills. In this course, you will

run, deploy, and test containerized applications with zero-

downtime releases.
