Can New Horizons Teach a Course at My Place of Business?

Yes. We are happy to offer Private Group Training (PGT), where our world-class instructors come to you to deliver training at your place of business. Private group training allows organizations to train an entire team with one unified learning experience, ensuring that everyone obtains the same knowledge and skills.

Can New Horizons Customize a Course for My Needs?

Yes. Our Account Management team specializes in advising you on which high quality training solutions apply to your unique goals, and ensure you are satisfied with the training received. Our courses can be delivered straight “off-the-shelf,” slightly modified, or completely customized for your learning needs and is an ideal solution when launching a company-wide training initiative to any number of employees. Can New Horizons Guarantee My Course Will Not be Cancelled?

Yes. Because of the tremendous advantages of taking courses in an interactive online environment, we can offer the vast majority of our live, instructor-led courses as "Guaranteed-to-Run" (GTR). This means that your class will NOT cancel, and you can be assured that it will be available when you need it.

Can I Re-take a Course at No Additional Charge?

Yes. Most completed New Horizons courses carry our unbeatable Learning Guarantee. This guarantee allows students to repeat most New Horizons courses, if they are the same version, FREE OF CHARGE within six months of completion of the courses. Exceptions: Cisco, Citrix, VMware, and courses provided by affiliated 3rd party training providers. Note: If you request a retake for a course, you will need the most current courseware, and you will be responsible for the purchase of the new courseware, admin fee, lab, and exam voucher.

How Do I Enroll in a Class?

You can purchase training directly on our website. Once you have found the class you are interested in, select “Enroll.” You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page to review your selections. When you are ready, click “Purchase” to continue to the login page. Once you are logged in, complete the form to submit your purchase.

Can I Request a Course that Is Not on Your Schedule or is Not Available When I Need It?

Yes. If you need a course that is not currently on our schedule or available at the right time, we will work with you to find the right solution.

What Types of Payment are Accepted?

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Pre-Paid Training Coupons, Invoice/Purchase Orders, or Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs).

When Will My Credit Card be Charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been confirmed.

When Is My Class Enrollment Confirmed?

After submitting your purchase online, you will receive an email confirming your order submission; this is not your enrollment confirmation. Once we review your order and confirm course availability, you will receive a second email with a transaction code confirming your enrollment. Please note that we will not charge your credit card until your enrollment is confirmed. Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation.

How Do I Change or Cancel an Online Purchase?

If you need to change or cancel an online purchase, call the center directly to speak to a New Horizons representative. We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What is Your Cancellation Policy for Open Enrollment Application & Technical Classes?

We ask that you notify New Horizons more than ten (10) business days in advance of your scheduled class, should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This will secure transfer or refund of your tuition. If a client chooses to cancel less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date, the client acknowledges responsibility to pay a fee representing 100% of the total amount due and an additional $50.00 no show fee will be incurred. Companies who are redeeming prepaid coupons for classes will be charged one voucher per day of class for canceling less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date. Vouchers or Coupons are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

What is Your Late Policy?

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your class time. If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may give your seat away to another student on stand-by. If you arrive 30 minutes late, you may not be admitted.
